The table is set, the kai is prepared, and everything is ready for Feast Whakatū – this will be the second iteration of this exciting new food festival, following on from the highly successful inaugural event in 2023.
From November 1st to 10th, the vibrant region of Nelson Tasman will come alive with a 10-day celebration of our diverse range of food, beverage, restaurants, chefs, cafes, brands, producers and growers in our region. From the farm or factory to the plate and pantry, everything’s on the table!
Feast Whakatū is set to offer a tantalizing sensory experience like no other, celebrating the region’s rich culinary culture and its outstanding producers and artisans. Known for its stunning beaches and sun-drenched days, Nelson Tasman will now be the epicenter of a unique food festival, inviting locals and visitors alike to indulge in a feast worthy adventure.
With a diverse range of events hosted across various picturesque locations – from the bustling streets of Whakatū Nelson CBD to the quaint Māpua wharf and the scenic Tākaka in Golden Bay – Feast Whakatū promises something for every type of foodie. Attendees can look forward to engaging, interactive experiences that will elevate their taste buds and offer a fresh perspective on the Nelson Tasman food scene.
