Cancellation Policy
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, level changes or other Covid-related reasons, we'll refund your deposit OR hold your deposit to another time when you can travel. We'll take family death/illness into account. If not, the following applies: - 0% cancellation fee if cancel more than 30 days before stay. - 25% fee for every night booked if cancel more than 14 days - 50% fee for every night booked if cancel more than 7 days before stay. -100% fee of the tariff for 7 days or less before stay.
