A bright, spacious, fully self-contained, large 44 sqm studio situated in our quiet, sunny garden. With private access for your convenience, it comes complete with an ensuite bathroom, kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. French doors open out onto a private deck, ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine after a busy day exploring the Nelson and the region.

Conditions
Additional Guests Maximum of one additional guest per accommodation option or book both the Garden Apartment & Garden Rooms. They are ideal if you are travelling with family or friends. We have a wee dog so I am sorry we don't accommodate pets. Our guest rooms are all pet-free. Extra Guest - Above 5 yrs old + $75/night Price includes breakfast Cot/Crib - Under 5 yrs old + $50/night Price includes breakfast. Please contact us prior to arrival to arrange.
Cancellation Policy
By visiting our site you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. No deposit is required; your credit card details just secure the booking. No charge up to 5 days before the arrival date. After 5 days before the arrival date, 100% of the full booking will be charged. The full booking fee will be charged if cancelled on the day of arrival and no-show. All transactions are in NZD. Please note - Any damages caused during your stay will be charged for.
