This classic villa style house with wooden floor and chandeliers, 3 lovely bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and separate lounge and dining space is very cosy and well presented. The owners have put a lot of attention into the garden, growing vegetables and a big strawberry patch. It is a perfect place for outdoor dining and relaxing. The back fencing takes you to the Maitai River and beyond where you can start lovely walks or bike rides. Cross the bridge and your are on the Maitai River footpath that can take you either to Nelson city centre and the Marina, or down the gorgeous Maitai Valley.

Conditions
Grove Garden Villa is pre-cleaned with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours are included. There is a secure lock-up for bicycles, prams etc, and a single off-street car-park in front of the garage area (garage is not available for guest use). Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning is required.
Cancellation Policy
No party or venue use. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted. General Terms & Conditions apply. Cancellation by guest within 21 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. 15 days of arrival date: 75% forfeit of the total booking price. 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. The initial 20% deposit is non-refundable once a booking has been made. Cancellation policy also applies to changes which decrease the overall value of a booking.
