A stunning seaside locale & home to the Tasman Golf Club, close to Mapua, Motueka & an easy drive from Nelson, Kaiteriteri & the Abel Tasman. With the family no longer resident in Nelson, it is their wish to share this wonderful piece of their history with some others.
The cottage has always been a quiet, delightful home to holiday at with the reserve & the beach nearby, a safe beach to play/swim at, a great golf course nearby & 2 great cafes just a short drive away.

Conditions

Kina Cottage will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. All utilities, use of property amenities including WIFI, BBQ, pantry & sanitary basics, standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking. Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund of the total booking value is available (the initial 20% deposit is non-refundable). For cancellations made 21 days ~ 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made 15 days ~ 8 days prior to arrival, a 25% refund of the total booking value is available. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, a refund is not available.
