With its own helipad Okoro Villa can be reserved as exclusive residence for up to eight guests or the Okoro Suite & Treehouse booked individually for two guests in each. Included is exceptional hospitality, delicious nightly canapes, dinner and breakfast menus crafted from regional produce and the kitchen gardens by the resident chef. Okoro Villa enjoys incredible sunset views from the heated infinity pool, multiple outdoor dining and relaxation features include a heated hot tub, sauna and additional plunge pool. Guests can enjoy nature walks and biking on the private gated estate surrounded by native birdsong.

Conditions
Check in from 3pm / depart from 11am unless otherwise arranged. A minimum two night stay applies. Public Holiday Weekends in New Zealand are a minimum 3-night stay. A minimum 4 night stay and exclusive use only bookings apply for the Festive period of 20 December 2024 to 5 January 2025. Rates are per night, in NZD$ (New Zealand dollars) and inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of 50% deposit. Full non-refundable payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 60 days prior to arrival, incur a 50% cancellation fee* Cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival, incur a 100% cancellation fee. *Dec 18th-Jan 20th; cancellations received within 90 days, incur a 50% cancellation fee.
