If a customer chooses to cancel: Up to 7 days before departure: rebooking at no extra cost, or full refund 7 Days to 48 hours before departure time: rebooking at no extra charge or 50% refund 48 to 0 hours prior to departure or after departure time: No Refund Full refund if guide cancels due to high wind conditions.
