Founders Café

Situated in the heart of Founders Heritage Park, we can boast a hop museum as our neighbour! To keep the kids happy, we have plenty of seating near the playground, which overlooks the Bristol Freighter and the train tracks (yep, we also have a running train station as neighbours!).

If outside in the hop garden or exploring the historic park isn't your scene, then never fear. We have a character-filled indoor lounge fitted with a cosy fireplace and books you're welcome to borrow. On Friday nights in the summer months, we keep things humming with live music.

You can hire the building privately. We love hosting private events and can help organise and cater any event inside the park.

​Enter Founders Café through the Founders Park windmill. Entrance to the cafe is always free to all; just tell the friendly staff at the windmill you're coming to see us. Out-of-town visitors to the park (not the café) are asked to pay an entrance fee.
