From humble beginnings on Haven Road in 2005, Sublime Coffee Roasters have become iconic in Nelson and throughout NZ, thanks to the unwavering belief that quality should never be compromised.
Fast-forward a few years, and we have grown nationally and internationally. The OG Espresso Bar still pumps out coffee daily at 211 Haven Road. It is quirky, well-loved, and a must-visit for any trip to Nelson.
The Espresso Bar at Nelson Airport services travellers to and from the region, and the Brew Bar & Bean Supply at 32 New Street caters to the adventurous coffee drinker and any brew gear requirements that you may have.
We are passionate about creating genuine relationships with our customers, coffee lovers, and cafe partners. Over the past years, we have grown organically in the Nelson region and throughout New Zealand, supplying some of the best cafes around.
New Street is where the magic happens. Whether it is green bean sourcing, roasting, packing local orders, roastery tours, or quality control for the coffee, every step is taken to ensure that the quality is never compromised.
At the front of the roastery, the newly designed Brew Bar & Bean Supply is a great place to slow down, catch your breath, and enjoy a variety of slow-brew coffee. Whether it is a tasting board of single origins, our punchy 52 Blend through Aeropress, or our deliciously smooth Fairtrade Organic through V60, there is something for every coffee drinker.
