The Aurora Lounge at Nelson Yacht Club

Situated on the first floor at Nelson Yacht Club, the Aurora Lounge offers outstanding views across Nelson Harbour to The Cut (Harbour entrance). It is a stunning and spacious waterfront venue.

Suitable for anything from conferences and meetings to canapes & drinks or seated dinners, the Aurora Lounge has a standing-only capacity of 185. For a seated dinner, suggested capacity is from 120 to 140.

The venue has a variety of hire rates for different requirements, from an hourly rate during the week for short / small meetings, through to full weekend hires (48hrs).

A limited number of tables and chairs are included in the hire rates, as well as post event cleaning, and waste/recycling. A basic AV pack can be hired as an extra. Otherwise, the room is hired as a bare venue, allowing hirers to bring in what they choose to style their events.
